Exhibit Space Registration:
$725 per space will include one full seminar registration and proceedings.  Additional booth personnel from each exhibiting company may register for $365 and includes one full seminar registration (proceedings not included).  This is a very limited area with only table top displays (6'x30' tables) will be accepted.  NO large 10x10 booths can be accommodated.  Electrical services are available from the hotel at an additional charge. Space is assigned as registrations are received.

 
Exhibitor Installation and Dismantle Information:  Exhibits can be set up on Monday, November 12th from 2:00pm - 7:00pm and dismantled Wednesday, November 14th after the afternoon coffee break..
 
Additional Marketing Opportunity:
An Exhibiting Company will receive complimentary two pages (8 1/2 x 11) of marketing materials inserted into the attendees packets.
A Non-Exhibiting Company may also insert two pages (8 1/2 x 11) of marketing materials for the attendee packets for $250.00.
 
Submission deadline for marketing materials is October 31st.   Marketing materials submitted after this deadline is subject to management approval for inclusion in attendee packets.
 
Space is limited and on a first come, first served basis.  Payment must accompany registration to reserve your space.
 
The hotel requires an Exhibitor Form to be completed & returned by October 31, 2012.  If received by hotel later than October 31st, the hotel will access a 25% fee to all charges.  Please complete the  Hotel Exhibitor Form  and return to the hotel. 
(form must be completed and returned to hotel for shipping, phone, electrical or internet charges)

 
Sponsorships
If you are unable to exhibit, a sponsorship is an opportunity for your company to have a presence at this seminar.  Your company will be branded on the promotional pieces and listed on the Drilled Shaft Seminar Website.
